杞菊地黄丸辅助玻璃酸钠治疗干眼症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨杞菊地黄丸辅助玻璃酸钠治疗干眼症(Keratocon Junetivitis Sieca,KCS)的疗效及其安全性。方法将2008-07—2012-07入住我院的100例经临床诊断为干眼症患者按照抽签法随机地均分为对照组与观察组,各50例。结果对照组临床治疗总有效率为78%,明显低于观察组100%,二者差异具有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论杞菊地黄丸辅助玻璃酸钠治疗干眼症的疗效显著,无任何严重的不良反应出现,应在临床上加以推广并应用。Objective To investigate the curative effect and security of lycii and chrysanthemi and rehmanniae bolus supplemented sodi- um hyaluronate to treat dry eye symptoms.Methods 100 cases with clinically diagnosed dry eye symptoms who stayed in our hospital from July,2008 to July,2012 were randomly divided into control group and observation group by the lottery method with 50 cases in each group. The control group were treated with sodium hyaluronate and the observation group were treated with lycii and chrysanthemi and rehmanniae bolus supplemented sodium hyaluronate.Results The total clinical effect rate of the control group was 78%,which was clearly lower than 100% of the observation group,and the differences were of high statistical significance（P ＆lt;0.01）.Conclusion The curative effect of lycii and chrysanthemi and rehmanniae bolus supplemented sodium hyaluronate to treat dry eye symptoms is remarkable without serious adverse effects,which is worth clinical promotion and application.
