32例三阴性乳腺癌患者化疗后导致脂肪肝的病例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨三阴性乳腺癌化疗后引起脂肪肝的诊断与治疗方法。方法 32例患者均接受乳腺癌根治术和术后常规化疗,根据患者的临床表现、肝功能检查与肝脏CT检查确诊。结果化疗后半年、1年、2年分别有12例、9例、7例患者提示为脂肪肝。结论化疗药物可以导致肝脏的脂肪变性发展为脂肪肝。Objective To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of chemotherapy-caused fatty liver from triple negative breast cancer. Methods 32 sufferers all accepted radical mastectomy and post-operation chemotherapy,diagnosis was made on the basis of clinical symp- toms,liver biochemical and CT examination.Results CT showed 12 patients,9 patients,and 7 patients suffered fatty liver after chemothera- py of 6 months,one year,and two years.Conclusion The chemotherapy medicine can cause liver fat changes and develop to fatty liver.
