摘  要:目的研究麦绿素的遗传毒性。方法污染物臻突变性检测(Ames实验)菌株鼠伤寒沙门菌组氨酸缺陷型TA97、TA98、TA100、TA102,受试物设5个剂量组,分别为0.008、0.04、0.2、1.0、5.0 mg/皿,同时设自发回变和阳性对照;小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核实验设2.5、5.0、10 g/kg体质量3个剂量组、溶剂对照组和阳性对照组;小鼠精子畸形实验设2.5、5.0、10 g/kg体质量3个剂量组、溶剂对照组和阳性对照组。结果 Ames实验表明受试物对TA97、TA98、TA100、TA102的4株实验菌株无论直接作用[不加大鼠肝微粒体酶(S-9)]或经代谢活化作用(加S-9)均不引起自发回变数增加;小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验表明受试物未使小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率发生改变;小鼠精子畸形实验表明受试物未引起小鼠精子畸形率增高。结论在实验条件下,Ames试验、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形实验结果均为阴性,认为麦绿素无致突变性。Objective To study the genetic toxicity of the barley green. Methods Ames strains of Salmonella typhimurium histidine defected type TA97, TA98, TAI00, TA102, the five dose groups were 0.008, 0.04, 0.2, 1.0 and 5.0 rag/dish, as a spontaneous revertant and positive control were setup mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus test with 2.5, 5, 10 g·kg-1·bw-1 three dose group, solvent control group and positive control group; mice sperm abnormality test with 2.5, 5, 10 g·kg-1 ·bw-1 three dose group, solvent control group and positive control group. Results The results of Ames test indicated that the test on TA97, TA98, TAIO0, TAI02 four test strains either directly (S-9) or after metabolic activation (+S-9) were not caused by self back to variable increase; mouse bone marrow polychromatic micronucleus test indicated that the test substance was not the mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus rate of change; mice sperm abnormality test indicated that the test substance did not cause the sperm abnormalities in mice. Conclusion Under the experimental conditions, the Ames test, mouse bone marrow micronucleus test, the mice sperm abnormality test ware negative, so we think the barley green have no mutagenicitv.
