公民现代人格的培育探讨

摘　　要：培育公民现代人格,要求全社会重视"做人"的教育和要求,提高民族文明素质和大众的道德情操;从领导干部这个重要群体抓起,塑造公民高尚人格;完善相关制度,为培育公民现代人格打造优良的制度环境;充分挖掘和利用我国传统文化中的优秀人格资源,培育健康的人格和社会心理;充分发挥文化的教化作用,实现公民现代人格的构建;完善学校人格教育,促进青少年健全人格的发展;加强人格的自我塑造和终身陶冶,提升生命境界和人格情致。Development of healthy personalities of modern citizens requires effort of the whole society to improve public morality and civilian quality. To foster cultivation of well-rounded personalities of the civilians, moral standard for leading cadres and government officials should be emphasized. Laws and regulations should be completed to promote good virtue environment. Resources from traditional Chinese culture should to fully exploited and relied on, while modern strategies should be used starting from early education throughout the life time of civilians.
