摘　　要：《国际商法》是经济管理、外贸英语类相关专业高等教育的重要课程。但该课程教学目前暴露出了诸多问题,现有教学改革方案也不能完全有效解决其缺陷。为此应当推广《国际商法》课程的当事人主义教学模式。其实现方略主要包括充分引导学生分析和自身最密切相关的国际商事法律规范、着力推动学生思考同自身密切相关的国际商事法律案例和时刻强调贯彻非法学专业的法律文化学教育三方面。＂International Commercial Law＂ is an important high education course for the correlate profession such as economics and management and international trade English. But this course teaching exposes a lot of problems now, the current teaching reform plans also can＇t resolve these defects perfectly. So we should apply myself teaching mode for ＂International Commercial Law＂ course. Its concrete achieve methods including three aspects： inducing students analyze the most correlate international commercial legislation of themselves completely, try our best to impulse students think correlate international commercial law case of themselves and always emphasizing the legal cultural science education for non-law profession.
