摘　　要：随着教育改革的不断深化,学校后勤管理人员应该具备的素质是多方面的,学校后勤管理与人员素质间的关系问题表现愈加突出。通过分析阐释学校后勤管理与人员素质之间的关系,对提高学校后勤管理水平提出了一些建议。With the deepening of education reform, school logistics management personnel should have the quality in many aspects, school relationship problems in logistics management and personnel quality performance of the more prominent. Through the analysis to explain the relationship between the school of logistics management and personnel quality, to improve the school logistics management level to put forward some suggestions.
