摘　　要：介绍了我国高校专利申请工作的现状,讨论了专利申请权利要求书的撰写策略。分析了权利要求的保护范围与说明书中实施例范围的关系,结合案例重点研究了对独立权利要求及从属权利要求的保护范围进行合理限定的策略。This paper introduces the current situation of patent application in China＇s colleges and universities,discusses the writing strategies of patent application claims,analyzes the relationship between the claim protection scope of the claim and implement scope in instruction books,makes a focused research towards the strategies to reasonably define the protection scopes of dependent claim and subordinate claim combining with cases.
