摘　　要：本文主要介绍了电子轴凹版印刷设备上采用的高效、节能、环保以及安全的创新技术。包括：直接创造价值（无轴传动、套筒胶辊、上版、上墨一体化小车、具有一键复位功能刚性滑移刮刀、快速上墨系统、快速上下卷、悬浮烘箱降低总损耗、基于LEL的全自动安全节能干燥系统、真空吸附牵引辊、在线检测装置、网络远程诊断技术等）、环境（溶剂回收）、健康与安全（电气操作箱（柜）防爆、烘箱防爆、二氧化碳自动灭火装置、风道风压检测、光栅防护、四孔锁）等。This article mainly introduces the high efficiency, energy saving, environment protective and safe innovation technology implicated in electronic axis gravure printing equipment. It includes creating value directly（transmission without shaft, sleeve rubber roller, edition, inking integrated mechanical car, a key reset functional rigid sliding blade, rapid inking system, rapid scrolls（ up or down）, suspended oven to reduce the total loss, fully automatic security energy-saving drying system based on LEL, vacuum adsorption traction roll, on-line detection device, network remote diagnosis technology, etc.） environment （solvent recovery）, health and safety （electric control box （cabinet） explosion protection, oven explosion protection, carbon dioxide automatic extinguishing installation, air duct pressure detection, grating protection, quadripuntal lock, ）, etc.
