摘  要:目的:描述护理专业学生对精神病公众污名的现状,分析其影响因素。方法:采用精神病公众污名量表对401名在校护理专业学生进行调查。结果:精神病公众污名总分为(5.84±1.16)分,污名分量表得分为(3.19±0.65)分,接纳分量表得分为(2.65±0.64)分;不同年级(H=49.588,P<0.001)、接触程度(t=13.172,P<0.001)、提供服务意愿(t=12.404,P<0.001)及有无心理问题(t=8.503,P<0.001)的学生精神病公众污名量表得分差异有统计学意义;接触程度、年级及提供服务意愿均进入污名及接纳分量表、精神病公众污名量表得分的回归方程,共解释总变异的48.6%、49.0%、31.5%。结论:护理专业学生对精神病存在污名的态度,但行为上可以接纳患者并倡导为其提供帮助;接触程度、提供服务意愿及年级是护理专业学生对精神病公众污名的影响因素。Aim:To investigate public stigma related to mental illness among nursing students,and to analyze its influencing factors. Methods:Totally 401 nursing students were investigated with the public stigma of mental illness scale.Results:The total score of public stigma related to mental illness was( 5. 84 ± 1. 16),the score of stigma subscale was( 3. 19 ±0. 65),and the score of acceptance subscale was( 2. 65 ±0. 64). Differences of public stigma related to mental illness were found among nursing students with different grades( H = 49. 588,P 0. 001),exposure levels( t = 13. 172,P 0. 001),willingness to deliver nursing services( t = 12. 404,P 0. 001),and psychological problems( t = 8. 503,P 0. 001). Exposure level,willingness to deliver nursing services and grade were the significant predictors,and these three factors could explain 48. 6%,49. 0%,and 31. 5% changes in stigmatizing attitudes,acceptance,and public stigma related to mental illness scale among nursing students. Conclusion:Nursing students use a stigmatizing attitude towards mental illness patients. Exposure level,willingness to deliver nursing services and grade are influencing factors of public stigma related to mental illness among nursing students.
