摘　　要：高等工程教育是我国目前实现经济转型,快速发展的迫切需要,适应工程教育需求,推进建设与之相匹配的高质量的师资队伍,是卓越工程师计划顺利实施,并取得良好效果的重要保障.本文结合我校师资队伍情况分析了适应工程师教育的师资队伍引进、培养、考核三个方面存在的问题,就队伍建设方法和考核标准提出了有针对性的实施办法.Higher engineering education in China is the urgent need of the realization of economic restructuring and the ra- pid development, to adapt to engineering education needs, promote the building of high-quality match faculty, is an important guarantee of excellent engineers plan implemented smoothly and achieved good results, this article combined with our school teachers＇ situation, analyzed engineer education faculty introduction, training, assessment problems in three areas, proposed a targeted implementation on the team building methods and assessment criteria.
