大学生和谐宿舍文化建设的研究

摘　　要：宿舍是离家求学的学子们的“家”,是大学生们在校园里休息、娱乐、社交、业余学习的重要场所.“家”的和谐对大学生的身心发展、学习与工作有重要的作用,本文对呼伦尔学院学生的宿舍文化现状,从物质、精神、制度和行为四个层面进行调查研究,透视宿舍文化建设的现状,从中发现不和谐之处并探究其深层次原因,最后把实现宿舍文化建设的全面和谐作为文章的立足点,提出自己的建议.Dormitory is the ＂home＂ of students who are studying away from home, and it＇s an important place for college students on campus to rest, entertainment, social, amateur learning. Harmonious ＂home＂ plays an important role on physical and mental development of college students, learning and working, in this paper, on co!lege students＇ dormitory cultural status quo from the material, spiritual, institutional and behavioral four levels to investigate and study the status of cultural construc- tion perspective quarters, and found disconcerting and explore its deep-seated reasons, and finally put forward their own pro- posals to achieve dormitory culture construction in full harmony as a foothold article.
