摘 要:根据手术室工作的特点,探索具有专科特色的护士分级管理方案。将手术室护士分为17个层级,制订分级标准和分级管理制度,开展以层级为依据的全员培训,实施以分层管理制度为框架的专科管理,为建立手术室护士岗位管理体系提供依据。This paper introduces the hierarehieal management of operating room nurses. Nursing staff in the operating rooms were classified into 17 levels. The classification standards and hierarchical management system were formulated. In the tramework of hierarehieal management system,nurses in different levels received training and specialized management was implemented in the operating rooms. The hierarchical management system provides basis lot the formulation of operating ,room nurses post management system.
