摘 要:目的探讨口腔科护士的培训方法,以提高护理服务质量。方法对我院工作3年以内的66名护士进行系统而规范的口腔专科培训,培训内容包括理论、技能、解决问题等综合能力,培训形式为分阶段进行,即基础阶段、实践阶段、提升阶段。结果培训后本组护士的技能操作考核成绩较培训前明显提高,差异有统计学意义(t=2.899,P<0.01),临床医生总体评价较好,患者的满意度有所提高,护理人员自我评价收获较大。结论对口腔科护士进行分阶段综合培训后,提高了其技能和护理服务质量,保证了医护协同发展。Objective To improve quality of nursing through systematic and standardized training for nurses in the department of stomatology. Methods Sixty-six junior nurses received systematic and standardized training on theoretical knowledge,skills and problem-solving ability in basic training phase,practical stage and ascending stage. Results After training,nurses' performance in the skills exam was improved significantly(t=2.899,P〈0.01 ) and they reported significant improvement in knowledge and skills. The nurses got high appraisal by doctors and the patient satisfaction increased. Conclusion Phased training for nurses in the department of stomatology can improve the quality of care and facilitate tile coordinated development of medical and nursing.
