摘　　要：作为一门学科,西方公共行政学的学科特点与其学科地位、身份认同紧密联系,关系到公共行政学的学科尊严。我国的行政管理学与西方公共行政学紧密联系,无论是学术研究,还是本科、硕士、博士等各学历层次的人才培养,都直接和间接受到西方公共行政学的影响。在行政管理学的学术研究和专业人才培养过程中,分析西方公共行政学研究之价值取向和路径,并植根于转型中国的现实情境对中国的行政管理学研究现状进行思考,有助于深化对行政管理学的专业认识,不断提高自身的专业分析水平,使我国的行政管理学研究既有全球化的视野,又有本土化的关怀,从而形成具有中国特色的行政管理学。The discipline of administrative management is closely related to its discipline status, identity and academic dig- nity. And in China it is closely linked to the Western public administration in the academic research and the education of undergrad- uate, master, doctor. In this process, the analysis of the subject value of western public administration and research path and the thinking of Chinese public administration can help us deepen the understanding of public administration, and improve the level of our profession. It also makes our research have the vision of globalization and local care, and establishes the discipline of public admin- istration with Chinese characteristics.
