摘　　要：翻译过程是一个从语言输入到语言加工再到语言产出的信息加工过程,图式理论为翻译理解和翻译表达提供了认知基础。英语中大量的名词给学习者理解文本造成了障碍,本文从翻译图式加工的角度,帮助学习者增强对英语名词的认知和理解。Translating is an information processing procedure in which a language inputs, processes and outputs. Schema theory provides the interpretation and expression in translating with a cognitive basis. As large numbers of English nouns present dif- ficulties to learners, the paper is aimed at enhancing those learners＇ cognition and interpretation of English nouns from the perspec- tive of schema theory.
