摘 要:试验以限制生长保存的龙眼胚性愈伤组织(Eembryogenic Callus,EC)为材料,测定了龙眼3个品种红核子、松风本、苗翘在4种不同培养基中限制生长保存过程中的有机酸含量的变化。结果表明:龙眼不同基因型以及不同培养基限制生长保存过程中有机酸含量变化都有所不同。红核子EC有机酸含量在A、B、C、D培养基中出现1次积累高峰;苗翘EC有机酸含量在A、B培养基中变化较平稳,在C、D培养基中出现1次积累高峰;松风本EC有机酸含量在A、B、C、D培养基中较平稳。Changes in organic acid contents in longan embryogenic callus (EC) from 3 longan cultivars of ‘Honghezi',‘Songfengben' and ‘Miaoqiao' were measured during minimal growth conservation on 4 different culture media.The results showed that the accumulation peak time of the organic acid contents in 3 cultivars cultured on different media.The accumulation peaks of ‘Honghezi' EC cultured on Medium A,B,C and D presented one peak.‘Miaoqiao' EC cultured on Medium A and B had relatively stable acid contents while those cultured on Medium C and D showed one peak.‘Songfenben' cultured on all media had relatively stable acid contents.The results provided a scientific basis for understanding the physiological state of in vitro conservation of longan EC.
