艾纳香油过敏性和急性毒性实验研究

摘　　要：艾纳香油来源于菊科植物艾纳香[Blumea balsamifera(L.)DC.]。本文考察外用艾纳香油过敏性和急性毒性,了解艾纳香油的用药安全性,为临床安全用药提供依据。采用皮肤过敏性试验和急性毒性试验的常规方法进行。在过敏性实验中,以豚鼠为实验动物,外用艾纳香油于豚鼠完整皮肤上,观察动物过敏情况;在急性毒性实验中,以大鼠为实验动物,艾纳香油分别外用于大鼠完整皮肤和破损皮肤,观察动物急性毒性情况。研究结果表明,艾纳香油外用对豚鼠完整皮肤无致敏性,对大鼠完整皮肤和破损皮肤无急性毒性。因此,艾纳香油无致敏性和急性毒性。Blumea balsamifera oil is the yellow oil from Blumea balsamifera（L.） D C.The allergy and acute toxicity of external application of B.balsamifera oil were evaluated for clinical application.The regular methods of skin allergic experiment and acute toxic experiment were used in the study.In the allergic experiment,guinea pig was used as the experimental animal,and B.balsamifera oil was applied externally on the intact skin to evaluate the allergy.The allergic situation of guinea pigs were observed.In acute toxic experiment,rats were used as the experimental animal,and the B.balsamifera oil was applied externally on the intact and damaged skins to evaluate the acute toxicity,respectively.The acute toxic situation was observed.The results of the experiment showed that the external application of B.balsamifera oil was no allergic response on the intact skin of guinea pigs,and also no acute toxicity on the intact and damaged skins of rats.
