常州地区女性人乳头瘤病毒感染基因亚型分析

摘　　要：目的了解常州地区女性人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）感染基因亚型分布及年龄特点。方法利用基因芯片技术，对来我院就诊的4600例女性进行生殖道HPV基因亚型分析。结果HPV总感染率为22．52％，其中高危亚型感染占总感染的78-34％；多重感染占总感染的32．72％，以双重感染多见。常见的5种高危亚型为HPVl6，52，58，51，39型，常见的2种低危亚型为HPV54，6型。51岁-60岁感染率较高。结论常州地区女性HPV感染率较高，且多重感染率高，年龄以50岁-60岁高发。Objective To investigate the distribution and age characteristics of the genetic subtypes of human papillomavirus （HPV） infection in women in Changzhou. Methods A study was performed involving a sample of 4600 women from our hospital. Gene chips were used to detect of HPV-DNA in cervical specimens. Results The positive rate of HPV infection was 22.56%, among which high-risk genotype rate was 78.34%. Multiple genotype infection rate was 32.72%, among which double was the most common type. The five most common high-risk subtypes were HPV16, 52, 58, 51, 39 and two most common low-risk subtypes were HPV54, 6. There was relatively high infection rate among 51-60 years old women. Conclusion The infection rate of HPV is high in Changzhou. Multiple infection accounts for relatively large ratio. Age 50-60 is high-risk stage of HPV infection for women.
