摘　　要：目的分析我院门诊处方质量,了解用药情况,及时发现问题并实施干预,提高合理用药水平。方法抽查2012年门诊处方1 440张,按《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》提供的《处方点评工作表》要求逐项审查,进行统计分析。结果处方质量总体情况较好,合格率较高,但存在不规范处方。结论我院门诊用药情况基本合理,有需改进之处。应加强医师、药师的业务培训,不断提高处方质量,促进临床合理用药。Objective To analyze the prescriptions quality of Tsinghua University Yuquan Hospital outpatient, understand the drug use, in order to identify problems and implement interventions to improve the levels of rational drugs use. Methods l 440 outpatient prescriptions in 2012 of our hospital were sampled and analyzed, according to ＂The hospital prescription review management practices （Trial）＂ -＂ Recipe Review Worksheet＂ requirement by-case basis. Results The overall quality of outpatient prescription in our hospital was better,the passing rate was higher,but there were no-standardized prescriptions. Conclusion Hospital outpatient medication is reasonable, there is a need for improvement. Physicians, pharmacists should be trained, and the quality of prescription should be constantlly improved to promote the rational drug use.
