摘 要:主诊医师负责制优化了传统的科主任领导下三级医师负责制的医疗服务模式,有利于调动各级医务人员的积极性,密切了医患关系,带动了医院整体效益的提高,同时,其弊端也在一定程度上影响了医院的整体发展。文章通过总结主诊医师负责制实践的优点和不足,提出科主任查房管理标准,以期有效加强科主任管理,准确把握主诊医师负责制的正确发展方向,进而提升医院的核心竞争力。The attending physician responsibility system optimizes the traditional mode which is the three levels physi- cians medical service mode/under the leadership of department director, and helps to mobilize the enthusiasm of the medical staff at all levels, to close doctor-patient relationship and led the improvement of hospital's overall efficiency, while it also has short- coming could affect the hospital's overall development. This article discusses the strengths and weaknesses of attending physician responsibility system and proposed management standards of rounds under the lead of department director, to the accurately grasp the correct direction of development of the attending physician responsibility system, and thus enhance the core competi- tiveness of the hospital.
