摘　　要：在经济全球化、社会信息化的进程中,我国医院已进入了数字化和信息化时代。信息化对现代医学发展、医疗改革和医院现代化建设有重大影响。在医院信息化建设进程中,医学信息人才是医院信息化建设规划的设计者和主力军,是医院信息化系统的桥梁。然而,我国医疗信息化人才培养缺乏一个有效的战略计划,教学体系也尚未形成,与发达国家有很大差距。为此,需要通过设置合理的知识结构,在教育教学中应培养他们的创新意识和实践能力,以满足医院需求。In the process of economic globalization and social informatization, hospitals in China have entered the digital and information age. Informatization has a significant impact on the development of modern medicine, health care reform, and hospital modernization. In hospital informatization construction＇ medical information personnel are the designers and the main force of hospital informatization planning as well as the bridge of hospital information system. However, training of medical informatization talents in our country lacks an effective strategic plan, and the teaching system has not yet formed, leaving a big gap with the developed country. It is necessary to set up a sound knowledge structure and cultivate students＂ awareness of innovation and practical ability in education and teaching so as to meet the demands of hospitals.
