摘　　要：根据中职卫校培养目标,分析了医学多媒体素材库建设的必要性、原则,并结合实践讨论了多媒体素材收集、分类、加工和管理方法。The paper introduces the necessity and principles of constructing medical multimedia resource system based on training goals of secondary health schools. Then it discusses the collection, classification, processing and management of multimedia resources by relating to our practice.
