摘　　要：价值网是商业模式创新的驱动力。运用文献研究的方法,针对新兴IT企业价值实现的问题,分析IT企业价值网三角模型和商业模式创新的关系,理清IT企业价值网的关键节点,以此作为商业模式创新的切入点,总结IT企业商业模式创新的五种路径,为现实中IT企业商业模式创新提供借鉴。The value network is the driving force of business model innovation. Through lit- erature research, the relationship between value network of IT triangle model and business model innovation is analyzed in the paper in view of the emerging IT companies realizing the value of the problem. The key node of value network of IT companies is clarified. Based on the point of business model innovation, five paths in business model innovation of IT enter- prise are summarized. References for the business model innovation of IT enterprise in reality are provided.
