地方院校体育专业田径专项学生教学能力培养——以湖南人文科技学院为例

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈数理统计等方法,对湖南人文科技学院体育专业田径专项学生教学能力培养现状进行调研,结果显示体育专业田径专项学生教学能力培养存在教学指导思想不明确、教学目标定位不准确、教学内容陈旧、实用性不强、教学组织形式单一的问题,建议田径专修课应加强培养学生编写教案的能力、讲解与示范的能力、组织教学纠错的能力、秩序册编排及裁判能力等,通过研究旨在进一步加强体育专业学生田径教学的能力,为地方院校体育专业的田径教学提供理论和实践参考。The research has been conducted in cultivating the teaching ability of students majoring in track and field with methods of document literature,questionnaire survey,expert interview and mathematical statistics.The results show the following problems. For example,guiding ideology of teaching is undefined＇teaching aim is inaccurate^teaching content is obsolete and nnpractical~ organizational form is simplex.It is suggested that course of track and field should focus on cultivating the ability in compiling the teaching plans,explaining and demonstrating,organizing error correction,arranging program and judging.It aims at further strength- ening the teaching ability of students majoring in track and field,providing theories and practical experiences to local universities.
