摘 要:目的 探讨陕西地区格林巴利综合征 (Guillain Barr啨synerome ,GBS)的电生理学分型特点。方法 回顾性分析 1980~ 1999年我院诊断的 98例GBS患者的电生理资料。结果 98例GBS患者中原发性脱髓鞘型 5 0例 ,原发性轴索型 2 5例 ,神经失电位型 8例 ,不明确型 11例 ,正常型 4例。不同类型GBS发病均以儿童和青年人为多 ,中年和老年人较少。在不同年龄阶段起病的GBS以及在不同病程阶段检测均以脱髓鞘型为主要发病形式。Objective To explore the electrophysiological features of Guillain Barré syndrome (GBS) in Shaanxi province. Methods The electrophysiological data of 98 cases with GBS from 1980 to 1999 were analyzed retrospectively, and all patients were classified into different subtypes according to the neuroelectrophysical criteria. Results Among 98 patients with GBS, the demyelinating pattern was found in 50 patients, axonal pattern in 25 patients, and 8 patients were inexcitable, 11 patients equivocal and 4 patients normal. Most cases of different subtypes occurred in children and young adults. The demyelinating pattern appeared as a main subtype not only in various age groups, but also in different test time after symptom onset. Conclusion In Shaanxi province, the demyelinating pattern is the main electrophysiological subtype of GBS.
