基于“同气相求”理论探索肺与大肠的表里构建

摘　　要：文章从"同气相求"的概念、肺与大肠"同气相求"的深层内涵及表里构建3个方面,对"肺与大肠相表里"理论的构建进行探讨,总结出肺与大肠"相表里"的内在机制在于二者的"同气相求","同气"与"相求"这两方面互为基础,相互作用,从而使肺与大肠异位同源、异属同性、气机气化相求、时空相求,构建肺与大肠经脉、脏腑表里的理论。The paper explores the building of the theory of interior and exterior relationship between the lung and the large intestine from the three aspects： ＇Tongqixiangqiu＇ concept, deeper connotation of ＇Tongqixiangqiu＇ and ＇exterior and interior＇ building between the lung and the large intestine. We conclude that ＇Tongqixiangqiu＇ is the internal mechanism. The interplay between ＇Tongqi＇ and ＇Xiangqiu＇ causes the lung and the large intestine ectopic homologous, different genus but same properties, Qi movement Xiangqiu, Diversification with Qi movement Xiangqiu, time and space Xiangqiu, build the theory about Zangfu and Meridians of interior and exterior relationship between lung and large intestine.
