摘　　要：三字经流派推拿创建于1877年,正值推拿繁荣时期,创始人徐谦光以三个字为一句话,编著《推拿三字经》,三字经流派推拿因此得名。三字经流派推拿历经100多年的发展,依然活跃在中医儿科界,是近代小儿推拿疗法中具有代表性的一门流派。三字经流派推拿得以在国内外广泛流传,就是因为它具有自身的特点,主要表现为善用独穴、五脏辨证五行取穴、取穴少而每穴操作时间长、具有便于掌握与操作的特定穴、疗效确切重复性强、创造推某穴代替某方剂的独特风格。文章以原著为准,概述其学术特点。Three-character scripture of massage was established in 1877, good times of massage. It was established by XU Guang-qian, who wrote Three-character Scripture of Massage, a book in the form of verses of three Chinese characters. It began to roll in the TCM field of pediatrics about 100 years ago, with its popularity among the folk at home and abroad. It was one kind of representative schools in the modern children massage. It was characterized as single point, five viscera syndrome differentiation, select point a6cording to the five elements, fewer points, longer duration of manipulation, and much more curative effect, point instead of Chinese medicine formulae. Its clinical curative effect has been confirmed. This article outlines the academic characteristics of Three-character Scripture of Massage according to the original.
