摘 要:了解胆石致扩张肝内外胆管壁的组织构筑变化,为临床处理该类病变提供理论依据。方法:采用光、电镜技术和形态计量方法对30例胆石致扩张肝内外胆管壁进行连续的组织构筑观察和形态定量研究。结果:①扩张的肝外至肝内胆管壁弹性改变;②电镜下,扩张胆管壁的主要组织结构无明显变化;③扩张的肝外至肝内胆管各段弹性纤维的体积密度无明显改变(P>0.05);④扩张的肝外至肝内胆管各段胶原纤维的体积密度也无明显改变(P>0.05)。结果:胆石致扩张胆管壁的组织构筑及主要组织成分无明显改变,胆管扩张是其结构和功能逐渐代偿的结果。To for the study of histological structure of dilatant bile duct wall so as to provide theoreticbasis for the clinical treatment of dilatant bile duct by stone. Mathods: Morphometric and histological studies were madein 30 cases of dilatan bile duct by stone from extahepatic to intrahepatic bile duct by light and electron microscopic tech-nique and morphamtric method. Results: ①The elastic and collagenous fibers of dilatant bile duct were not broken, and degeneration was no observed in collagenous fibers in dilatant bile duct. ②Under electron microscope, chief histo-logical structure of dilatant bile duct had no obvious chang. ③The volume density of elastic fibers of every part in dila-tant bile duct had no significan difference (P > 0. 05) .④The volume density of collagenous fibers of every part in di-latant bile duct had no significant change (P > 0. 05). Conclusion: The histological structure and chief histologicalcomposition of dilatant bile duct by stone had no obvious change. The bile duct dilation was the result of its gradualstructural and functional compensation.
