运用大陷胸汤异病同治解析

摘　　要：目的:探析大陷胸汤异病同治的治疗思想。方法:采用文献整理的方法,以《伤寒杂病论》中论述大陷胸汤证条文为根据,参考近现代医家著作,从文献角度整合大陷胸汤异病同治思想。结果:大陷胸汤异病同治思想在近现代医家著作都有记载,对不同的疾病可以起到同样的治疗效果。结论:大陷胸汤的应用要着眼于临床,在临床的实践中掌握其运用。Objective：To explore the treatment thoughts of treating different diseases with same daxianxiong decoction. Methods： Using the method of literature, on the basis of the terms discussion on daxianxiong decoction syndrome in ＂ Treatise on Febrile and Miscellane- ous Diseases＂ , and reference the modern physicians works, and the thought of treating different diseases with same daxianxiong decoction was integrated from the perspective of the literatures. Results ： The thought of treating different diseases with same daxianxiong decoction throughout the modem physicians works, and it can obtain the same curative effect on the treatment of different diseases. Conclusion： The application of daxianxiong decoction should focus on clinical, and master its use in clinical practice.
