摘　　要：简单解读美日制造业两个著名的管理模式,对"人"的不同理念,来分析职业院校对教师的管理,重点是关注教师心理反应和团队协调。学院管理者要以"高效率、精细化"确保目标成功实施。Analyzing the management of professors of higher vocational colleges by describing the management pattern of two famous manufactures in the U. S. and Japan and different concept towards ＂human being＂. The point is caring the psychological response of professors and team correspondence. To make sure the success of target, ＂effectiveness and elaboration＂ should be considered by college managers.
