摘　　要：建设社会主义新农村,实现农业产业化,实现传统农业向现代化农业的转变,人才的作用至关重要。这不仅需要高学历的拔尖创新人才和优秀领导人才,更需要一大批高素质的农村实用技术人才。研究农村实用人才培养问题在农村经济与社会发展中具有重大的现实意义和深远的历史意义。文章结合天津市宁河县农村实用人才现状,提出了农村实用人才培养问题的对策和建议。Talents is essential in building socialist new countryside, realizing agricultural industri- alization and converting from traditional agriculture into the modern one. This needs both top origina- tire and leading talents with high academic background and many practical agricultural talents as well. The thorough study on the cultivation of practical agricultural talents in the development of rural econo- my and society has profound significance historically and realistically. Depending on the actual situation about practical agricultural talents in Ninghe County, Tianjin, it put forward a strategy and suggestion about the cultivation of practical agricultural talents.
