摘 要:密炼制备了聚乳酸/聚丙撑碳酸酯/淀粉(PLA/PPC/ST)三元共混物,研究加工方式对材料水蒸气阻隔性、吸水率、力学性能、形貌等的影响。研究发现:C体系中,PPC包裹在ST周围,隔绝ST与水汽接触,材料阻隔性最高。20℃时,C50水蒸气阻隔性较B50与A50分别提高了19.4%与25.2%。C体系吸水率明显低于A和B体系。同时,分散相ST颗粒大小为A体系>B体系>C体系,力学性能优劣为C体系>B体系>A体系。Poly( lactic acid)/poly( propylene carbonate)/starch(PLA/PPC/ST) blends were prepared via internal mixing by using different processing methods. Influence of processing method on the properties of blends such as water barrier property,water absorption, mechanical property and morphology were studied. It was found that samples C achieved higher barrier property than those of samples A and B. It was attributed to the packaging of PPC around ST and the contact between water vapor and ST was prevented. The water barrier property of C50 was improved by 19.4 % and 25.2 % respectively compared with B50 and AS0. Samples C showed lower water absorption than samples A and B. Meanwhile,the size of dispersed ST particles in blends was samples A 〉 samples B 〉 samples C and mechanical property was samples C 〉 samples B 〉 samples A owning to the compatibilization of PPC.
