摘 要:采用废酒糟作为1种新的填充物与废旧聚乙烯制备复合材料。考察了酒糟纤维的粒径、含量对复合材料性能的影响,研究了碱溶液、偶联剂处理对复合材料力学性能和吸水率的影响。实验结果表明:酒糟纤维粒径60目材料力学性能最佳;酒糟含量的增加会降低材料的力学性能;碱溶液浓度在15%时,材料综合性能最好;偶联剂质量分数为酒糟纤维的1.5%~2.0%时材料综合性能最佳。The waste vinasse as a new filler and recycled polyethylene were used to manufacture a new kind of composite material. The factors of vinasse such as particle size, content of fiber on the properties of composite materials were investigated. Effects of alkali solution and coupling agent on the mechanical properties and water absorption of the composite materials were studied. The results showed that the performance of mechanics was best when the diameter of vinasse was 60 mesh. With the increase of vinasse, the mechanical properties of material was reduced. The best comprehensive performance of material was presented when alkali solution concentration was 15 %. When the coupling agent was around 1.5 % to 2.0 % of vinasse fiber, the best properties of composite material was achieved.
