以PMMA/PS合金为基片纳米铝膜非线性导电材料的制备

摘  要:采用乳液聚合法制备纳米高分子P(St—MMA)聚合物,将制备的P(St—MMA)聚合物加工成薄片或者薄膜作为基材,并对基材表面进行亚光处理和清洗;利用物理气象沉积法制备导电铝膜材料;采用四探针测试仪分析其导电特性;测试结果表明:导电特性的测量结果显示膜厚在30nm以下的曲线为非线性,曲线在0~16V时的震荡现象和负阻效应显著。Nanoseale P( St-MMA ) polymer prepared by emulsion polymerization method. P(St-MMA) was processed into sheets or film as the backing material, and inferior smooth processing of the substrate surface and cleaning. Conductive aluminum membrane material was made by physical vapor deposition method,and electric conductivity were measured by four- point probe technology. The electrical conductivity measurement results showed that film thickness under 30 nm curve was nonlinear, the oscillation of the curve in 0 - 16 V phenomenon and the negative resistance effect was remarkable.
