摘  要:目的评价5,10-亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶(MTHFR)基因C677T多态性与中国人群非综合征性唇腭裂(NSCL/P)的关系。方法计算机检索中国生物医学文献数据库、中国学术期刊全文数据库、万方中文科技期刊全文数据库、重庆维普中文科技期刊全文数据库等,检索时间范围2000年1月—2012年12月。选择MTHFR基因C677T多态性与NSCL/P的病例对照研究,评价纳入研究质量,并采用RevMan 5.0统计学软件进行定量分析。结果共纳入7个病例对照研究。Meta分析结果表明,携带T等位基因人群患有NSCL/P的危险性高于携带C等位基因人群〔OR=1.48,95%CI(1.06,2.07)〕。携带TT基因型人群NSCL/P发病危险性高于非携带TT基因型人群〔OR=1.35,95%CI(1.01,1.80)〕。携带CT和TT基因型人群NSCL/P发病危险性高于携带CC基因型人群〔OR=2.40,95%CI(1.20,4.77)〕。结论 MTHFR基因C677T多态性与我国人群NSCL/P的易患性密切相关。Objective To evaluate the relationship between 5, 10 - reductase (MTHFR) C677T gene polymorphism and non -syndrome cleft lip and palate in China. Methods CBM, CNKI, Wanfang and VIP data- bases from January 2000 to December 2012 were searched by computer. Case - control studies of 5, 10 - methylenetrahydrofolate reductase C677T polymorphism and non - syndrome cleft lip and palate were selected. The quality of included studies was as- sessed and the data were quantitatively analyzed by RevMan 5.0 software. Results Totally seven case - control studies were in- volved. Meta - analysis showed that the risk of cleft lip and palate in the group of carrying the T allele was higher than that of car- rying the C allele groups ~ OR = 1.48, 95 % CI ( 1.06, 2. 07) ]. The risk in the group of the 13" genotype was higher than the control group of the non -TY genotype [ OR = 1.35, 95% CI ( 1.01, 1.80) 1. The risk in the case group of the CT and TI" genotypes was higher than control group of CC genotype [ OR = 2. 40, 95% C1 ( 1.20, 4. 77 ) ]. Conclusion 5, 10 - methyl- enetrahydrofolate reductasc C677T polymorphism is significantly associated with susceptibility of non - syndrome cleft lip and pal- ate in China
