基于国际货代员培养的教学过程与工作过程对接的研究

摘　　要：为培养符合国际货代服务业一线需要的技术技能型国际货代人才,必须根据国际货代行业人才需求合理确定人才培养目标、优化课程设置、改革课程体系和教学内容,将教学过程与相关工作岗位的工作过程有效对接。教学过程与生产过程对接是当前高等职业院校教学改革的关键。教学过程并不完全等同于工作过程,它是把从实际工作任务中提炼升华出来的典型工作任务,通过模块项目化模式来进行教学。因此,不能单纯地认为教学过程即工作过程。In order to cultivate technical skills international freight forwarder according to the demand of tal- ents in forwarding industry, it must reasonably determine the objectives of cultivating talents, optimize the cur- riculum, reform the curriculum system and teaching content the working process of the teaching process and re- lated work of effective docking. The teaching process and working process of butt joint is the key to the teaching reform of higher occupation colleges and universities. The teaching process is not equal to the work process, it is a typical task refined out from the actual work tasks, the teaching mode of module project to carry out teaching. Therefore, it can not simply think that the teaching process is the working process.
