摘　　要：管理会计教学工作中推行"做中学、学中做"教学模式。这种模式有利于高素质人才的培养。但目前由于学生的理论功底和内在动力尚显不足,还需要从调动学生兴趣与强化考核方式等方面努力。The method ＂doing through learning and learning through doing＂ in management accounting teaching can help the cultivation of high - quality talents. Although such method has achieved better result, problems, like the students＇ lack of theoretical knowledge and inner moti- vation, have hindered the teaching. Therefore, teachers should make greater efforts to arouse students＇ interest and improve their teaching method.
