摘　　要：目的:评价完全腹腔镜下左肝部分切除术的临床应用优势。方法:回顾2009年6月至2013年4月我院腹腔镜(完全)下左肝肿瘤切除术的出血量、手术时间、术后恢复情况。结果:完全腹腔镜下左肝部分切除术创伤小,患者术后恢复快,住院时间短,术后并发症少。同时并不延长手术时间,也不增加费用。安全可行,值得有条件单位推广。结论:有条件的医院,在严格掌握手术适应证并能熟练地开腹肝切除以及具有熟练的腹腔镜手术技巧者,腹腔镜肝肿瘤切除术是安全可行的。[ Objective] To evaluate the advantage of totally laparoscopic hepatectomy in left partial hepatectomy. [Method] The cases of totally laparoscopic partial hepatectomy from June 2009 to April 2013 were reviewed. Intra- operative bleeding, opera- tion time and recovery time were counted. [ Result ] Totally laparoseopic partial hepatectomy showed smaller trauma, faster postoperative recovery, shorter hospital stay, and less postoperative complications. At the same time, it extended the operation time and did not increase costs. The application of totally laparoscopic partial hepateetomy is safe, available and worth to be promoted. [ Conclusion] In the condition of strict indication and practiced surgeon, laparoscopic partial hepatectomy is a safe and available method for excision of hepatic neoplasm.
