拔尖人才科研实践能力培养探索——以学校“钱学森创新拓展班”为例

摘　　要：针对"钱学森之问",各大高校积极探索拔尖创新人才培养模式。科研实践能力的培养对拔尖人才的发展至关重要。如何在日常教学中注重科研素质培养是我们亟待解决的课题。坚持在课程教学中贯彻"以人为本",实验教学实施"因材施教",科研实验注重"量体裁衣",充分发挥学科交叉中心作用,创新人才培养模式,努力提升学员的综合素质。According to ＂ Tsien Hsueshen ＂s question＂, Many Universities actively explore the training mode of innovative talents. The cultivation of scientific research ability is very important for the development of talents. How to pay attention to scientific research quality cultivation in the daily teaching is an urgent issue we need to resolve. We should insist on the implementation of the ＂ people -oriented＂ in the curriculum teaching,＂ teach students in accordance with their aptitude＂ in experimental teaching and act according to actual circumstances in scientific experiments, give full play to the role of interdisciplinary center, innovating the mode of talent cultivation, and making efforts to improve the comprehensive quality of students.
