德国教学科研体制对我国人才培养模式的启示

摘　　要：本文对德国教学科研体系进行了探讨,细致分析了德国的教学管理体制及其基本特点,以及科研体制的基本构成和优缺点。并结合我国高等教育的特点,对我国高等教育管理体制存在的问题进行了简要的分析,并提出了几点建议。In this paper, teaching and scientific systems in Germany are discussed and analyzed. Special attentions are paid to their basic structure and characteristics, as well as the advantages and disadvantages in the teaching and scientific system. Combined with the characteristics of our country, the problem existing in the higher education management system is briefly analyzed, and a few suggestions are proposed.
