摘  要:目的:了解上海市崇明地区居民饮食情况。方法:采用随机整群抽样法,调查崇明县城桥镇40—70岁3 125例常住居民饮食情况,包括居民饮食习惯、膳食结构及影响因素等。结果:居民每日配膳以膳食宝塔为标准,谷类、水果、蛋类平均摄入量偏高,肉类、水产类、蔬菜类、豆制品类、牛奶平均摄入量偏低。年龄、性别、文化程度、职业是影响膳食结构主要因素。结论:饮食习惯和膳食结构调整,是崇明地区居民开展营养干预的重点;男性、文化层次偏高、领导干部是干预重点对象。[Objective] To study the food structure and eating habits in Chongmning district in Shanghai city.[Method] A cross-sectional survey with multiple stage stratified cluster and random sampling was performed to investigate the food structure in 3 125 residents aged from 40 to 70 in Chongming county of Chengqiao town,and studied the eating habits,dietary structure and influencing factors.[Result] According to the Standard Diet Pagoda,the uptake of grains,fruits and eggs were excessive,while the uptake of meat,aquatic products,vegetables,soy products and milk were inadequate.Further more,the major influencing factors on dietary pattern were age,gender,educational level,and profession.[.Conclusion] The key of nutrition intervention for people in Chongming district was to adjust their diet and meal structural,and those male,well-educated,high-ranking,and officials were the principal intervention targets.
