摘　　要：文章在经济批量订货(EOQ)模型中考虑带有Taguchi成本损失下的最优成本,假定品质特性决定实际产品规格,品质特性服从关于产品规格的指数分布,在EOQ模型中按Taguchi方法计算质量损失成本,分析年利润受产品品质特性的影响,结果表明,文中年平均利润比经典EOQ模型中求得的结果低,而最优订购量要高于经典EOQ;最后指出了模型在生产实际中的应用。Taguchi method is used to study economic order quantity（EOQ） model, in which the actual product specification determined by its quality is exponentially distributed. In the model, the cost of quality loss is considered using the Taguchi method, and the product annual profit which is influenced by its quality characteristic is analyzed. It is found that the average annual profit analyzed by the Taguchi method is less than that by classical EOQ models. However, the optimal order quantity is more than that by classical EOQ models. The application of the model in the actual production is also given.
