摘　　要：提高市民素质和改善社区人文生态环境,均是当前中国特色社会主义建设中适应社会发展形势的迫切需要,两者之间存在着相互促进的关系。从改善社区人文生态环境来提高市民各方面的素质不仅有其必要性,而且也有其可能性。It is urgent necessary for both improving the citizen quality and community humanism ecological environment to meet the needs of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics according to social development situation. There are mu- tual promoting relationships between the improvement of the community humanism ecological environment and the quality of citizens. It is not only necessary, but also possible for us to enhance the people＇s quality of all aspects and to improve the eco-logical environment of the community humanities.
