摘 要:拟建立一套快速、准确且能应用于常规实验室检测植物中多环芳烃(PAHs)的方法。采用常规C18色谱柱代替PAHs专用色谱柱,并通过单因素和正交实验对色谱条件进行优化。采用检测波长300 nm、柱温30℃、进量样20μL、流速0.7 mL/min、乙腈作流动B相以0~3 min(50%A+50%B)、3~30 min(100%B)梯度洗脱程序,各多环芳径的峰面积与其浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数≥0.9990,相对标准偏差均≤2%。研究建立的以C18色谱柱代替PAHs专用色谱柱检测方法,不仅能快速、准确的检测植物中PAH,而且降低了检测设备成本。In this study, we planned to set up a fast and accurated method for detecting the level of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in plant. The C18 column instead of PAHs column was used and the chromatographic conditions were optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiment. The optimal separated conditions were: detection wavelength was 300 nm, column temperature was maintained at 30℃, injection amount was 20 μL, and a flow rate was 0.7 mL/min, acetonitrile as phase B. The gradient elution procedure was 0-3 min (50% A+50% B), 3-30 min (100% B). There was a good linear relationship between peak area and concentration, the correlation coefficient ≥0.9990, the relative standard deviation of ≤2%. This study established a C 18 chromatography column instead of PAHs column detection method. It not only detected PAH fast and accurately, but also reduced the cost using for the detected equipment.
