摘 要:通过水热碳化反应合成了尺寸均一的球状碳化材料。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、热分析仪及N2吸附-脱附的方法研究合成条件对碳化材料形态、表面官能团及热解行为的影响。结果表明:水热合成的温度和时间是影响这些性质的重要条件。碳化球的形貌随着水热合成温度上升和时间延长而变得更加规整。表面官能团的数量却随着合成温度上升和时间延长而逐渐减少。另外温度的升高和时间的延长最终导致了碳化材料孔结构的产生。最后基于实验结果提出碳化球形成的奥斯特瓦尔德熟化机制。Ordered spherical carbonaceous materials were synthesized through hydrothermal carbonization (HTC) of starch. The effects of synthesis condition on morphology, functional groups and decomposition behavior were studied by several physic-chemical method, such as scanning electron microscopy (SEM) , Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), thermogravimetric analysis, and N2 adsorption-desor- plion. Results showed that hydrothermal temperature and time were important parameters for those proper- ties. The increasing of the hydrothermal temperature and time increased the uniformity of spheres and de- creased the oxygen-containing functional group amounts. Furthermore, the porous structure was also gen- erated with the increasing of hydrothermal temperature and time. Finally, based on the experimental re- suits, a possible sphere formation mechanism was proposed.
