摘　　要：高师院校教师教育的试教改革是一个繁复的系统工程,应着眼于整体,做好顶层设计。统整师范生实习前的实践教学工作,由此构建了"三线四段"组合式试教模式。该模式主要由"三线"(观摩引领线、师生导练线、自主训练线)和"四段"(组织阶段、设计阶段、演练阶段、评价阶段)组合架构,具有多线组合结构、立体循环推进和三级管理机制的特点。The reform of teaching practice is a complicated systematic project in teacher education of normal university, and it should be focus on the whole, good top-level design. The practice teaching work before the normal students, the construction of the ＂three lines four stages＂ combined teaching mode. The model mainly consists of ＂three lines＂ （observation lead line, and guide practice line, independent training line） and ＂four stages＂ （organization stage, design stage, training stage, evaluation stage） combined architecture, characteristics of vertical circulation structure, promote the combination of line and level three management mechanism.
