摘  要:传统"经济法"课程教学模式中,教学内容以经济法原理讲述及经济法部门法律法规内容解读为主,教学方式以课堂讲授为主,对学生主体地位重视不够,教学手段落后等,很大程度上影响了"经济法"课程教学效果和教学质量。根据"经济法"课程的理论性与实践性的学科特征,更新教学理念,改革教学方法,优化教学内容,加强实践环节等,提升学生自主学习和实践能力的教学改革势在必行。In the traditional teaching model of Economic Law, the teaching contents cover the basic principles of economic law and the laws and regulations of law department. However, the traditional and under-developed teaching method focuses on teaching but does not give sufficient importance to students, which have become the obstacles for improving the teaching quality and effect. Due to its theoretical and practical characteristics, there is great necessity to improve teaching theory, reform the teaching methods, strengthen the practice teaching, and improve students' self-study ability and practical ability.
