摘　　要：社会需求对高校毕业生的职业基本素质提出了迫切而具体的要求,高职院校应联系学生和社会实际,确定职业基本素质培养的目标、调整观念,采取切实可行的培养措施,在校园、日常教学等方面全方位贯彻培养及提高学生职业基本素质的精神,使学生形成满足社会需要的职业基本素质,为其职业生涯奠定基础。Social need for basic professional quality of higher vocational college graduates is urgent and specific. Higher vocational colleges should determine the training objective of basic professional quality, adjust the idea, and take feasible measures to develop and improve basic professional quality of students on campus in the daily teaching and other aspects according to the reality of students and the society, so that students＇ basic professional quality can meet social need and lay a solid foundation for their future career.
