我国高校规章制度法治化探析——以北京市属某高校为例

摘　　要：针对目前我国高校存在的"千校一面"的现状,以北京市属某大学为例,剖析其在规章制度法治化方面存在的问题及原因,指出这些问题在高校范围内具有共性的特点,提出了健全学校法制、制定大学章程、构建制度体系三方面的完善途径,对我国高校规章制度法治化具有重要意义。In this paper, an university in Beijing is taken as an galization of rules and regulations of colleges and universities in are proposed to perfect law system, formulate university charter example to analyze the problems and causes of le- Beijing, which show similar features.
