摘　　要：尽管儿童急性淋巴细胞性白血病的治疗上有了显著的进步,然而仍有20%的患儿治疗是不成功的。借助于综合儿童急性淋巴细胞性白血病个体化治疗的药效学和药物基因组学研究,洞察宿主遗传多态性作用的更多知识将有助于更好地改善化疗效果。本文将从不同化疗药物代谢通路角度综述了儿童ALL化疗应答与基因多态性的研究进展。Despite significant progress in the treatment of childhood acute lymphoblastie leukemia, therapy is still unsuccessful in 20% of patients.Further knowledge of and insight into the role of host genetic polymorphisms will improve the results by integrating pharmacodynamie and pharmaeo genomic studies in individualizing therapy for children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia.This review discusses literature reports in this area and describes some of the challenges facing the field as it moves forward.
